What is CranioSacral Therapy?
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a subtle, non-invasive approach to supporting the body’s natural healing processes. It works with the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Using very light touch, the therapist assesses the motion of these fluids and tissues, identifying restrictions and facilitating release. By enhancing fluid flow and balancing the craniosacral system, CST helps regulate the nervous system, improve mobility, and restore balance throughout the entire body.
Research and clinical experience suggest CST can support individuals experiencing headaches, chronic pain, TMJ, stress-related conditions, anxiety, back pain, sleep disturbances, and other challenges. Its gentle nature makes it adaptable and supportive across a wide range of conditions, including chronic conditions, issues with organ dysfunction, and musculoskeletal injuries.

What can I expect in a session with you?
My sessions are 75 minutes long for adults. We will meet in the consultation room where you will fill out an intake form (first session only) and I will ask you how you are feeling and what areas you would like to work on in the session. I will also take payment at this time. Then we will move to the treatment room which has a massage table. You will lay face up on the table and I will perform CranioSacral techniques on your body, which range from head to toe.
